Welcome to Endurance Detailing & Supply LLC. By requesting an estimate, scheduling an appointment, or purchasing services from Endurance Detailing & Supply LLC (“Endurance Detailing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Estimates & Pricing

Prices shown on our website are starting prices or estimated price ranges unless specifically stated otherwise.

Final pricing may vary based on vehicle size, condition, service requirements, contamination, pet hair, stains, excessive dirt, paint condition, or other factors that require additional labor or materials.

Whenever practical, we will discuss significant additional charges with you before performing work beyond the originally agreed-upon service.

Appointments & Deposits

Certain services may require a deposit when scheduling. Any required deposit will be applied toward the final cost of the scheduled service.

Unless otherwise stated during booking, appointments canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance may have the deposit transferred to a future appointment or refunded.

Late cancellations and no-shows may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Endurance Detailing reserves the right to reschedule an appointment because of weather, unsafe working conditions, equipment issues, facility availability, illness, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If we reschedule an appointment, the customer's deposit will be transferred to the new appointment or refunded upon request.

Vehicle Condition

Customers are responsible for informing Endurance Detailing of any known problems or pre-existing damage that could affect the detailing process, including loose trim, damaged paint, previous paint repairs, failing clear coat, electrical issues, aftermarket equipment, water leaks, damaged upholstery, or other fragile components.

We may document the condition of a vehicle before, during, and after service.

Endurance Detailing will exercise reasonable professional care while working on your vehicle but is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing defects, deterioration, improper previous repairs, loose or failing components, or conditions that could not reasonably have been identified before service.

Paint Correction

Paint correction is intended to improve the appearance and clarity of automotive paint. Results vary based on paint thickness, previous repairs, age, paint type, and the depth and severity of defects.

Not every scratch or defect can be safely removed.

Our priority is preserving the integrity of the vehicle's paint. We may recommend leaving certain defects rather than removing excessive clear coat in an attempt to achieve complete correction.

Ceramic Coatings

Ceramic coatings provide enhanced protection, gloss, and ease of maintenance but do not make a vehicle scratch-proof, chip-proof, stain-proof, or maintenance-free.

Coating performance and longevity depend on vehicle use, environmental exposure, proper washing, maintenance, and other conditions.

Any manufacturer warranty applicable to a coating product is subject to the coating manufacturer's terms and maintenance requirements.

Interior Detailing

Although we make every reasonable effort to improve stains, odors, pet hair, and interior contamination, complete removal cannot be guaranteed.

Some stains, odors, discoloration, wear, and material damage may be permanent.

Customers should remove valuables, money, medications, personal documents, firearms, and other important personal property before the vehicle is delivered for service. Endurance Detailing is not responsible for personal belongings left inside the vehicle.

Mobile Detailing

Mobile services are subject to location, weather, safety, property access, and service requirements.

Some services may not be suitable for mobile completion and may require the vehicle to be serviced at an approved detailing facility.

Applicable mobile service or travel charges will be disclosed during booking or before service is performed.

Service Locations

Depending on the service, Endurance Detailing may perform work at a mobile location, an Endurance-approved location, or a professional detailing facility used by Endurance Detailing.

Certain specialized services, including paint correction and ceramic coating work, may be performed at The Bays in Wheeling, Illinois, when appropriate for the service.

Endurance Detailing remains responsible for the detailing services it provides regardless of the service location.

Customer Authorization

By providing your vehicle for service, you authorize Endurance Detailing to operate and move the vehicle as reasonably necessary to perform the requested services, including positioning the vehicle within a facility or service area.

If pickup or delivery service is arranged, you authorize Endurance Detailing or its authorized representative to operate the vehicle for that purpose.

Photographs & Video

Endurance Detailing may photograph or record a vehicle when reasonably necessary to document its condition, service process, or completed work.

Vehicle images used for advertising, social media, website content, or other promotional purposes will be handled with reasonable consideration for customer privacy. Personally identifying information such as license plates may be obscured when appropriate.

Customers who do not want their vehicle used for promotional purposes may notify us before or during service.

Completion & Inspection

Customers are encouraged to inspect their vehicle when service is completed and promptly notify us of any concerns.

If you believe there is an issue with our workmanship, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible so we have an opportunity to inspect and address the concern.

Payment

Payment of the remaining balance is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been agreed to in advance.

We may accept credit cards, electronic payments, or other payment methods made available at the time of service.

Service Refusal

Endurance Detailing reserves the right to decline or discontinue work when we believe a vehicle or working condition presents a safety hazard, when requested work could damage the vehicle, when a service is outside our capabilities, or when inappropriate or abusive conduct occurs.

If we determine that a requested correction or repair should be performed by another specialist, we may recommend that the customer consult an appropriate professional.

Third-Party Services

From time to time, Endurance Detailing may recommend or coordinate services provided by independent specialists, such as paint protection film, window tinting, paintless dent repair, wheel repair, or other automotive appearance services.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, independent providers are responsible for the services they perform and may have their own warranties, policies, and terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Endurance Detailing & Supply LLC will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the use of our services.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to waive or limit rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep service descriptions, pricing, availability, and other information on our website accurate. However, information may be changed or updated without notice.

Website content is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a guaranteed quote unless specifically confirmed by Endurance Detailing.

Privacy

Information submitted through our website, booking forms, estimate requests, or other communications is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

Endurance Detailing & Supply LLC may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. The version posted on our website at the time a service is booked will apply to that transaction unless otherwise agreed.
